    Wow Michele…..
It looks a whole lot better than i thought it would. And even though it made me cry watching it, it gave me renewed strength to face it all in 10 days time.
Thank you so much for sharing

Michele, I cried watching that video! You are such a strong woman! Thank you for sharing your story – not only with your friends, but with the world, and your courage to help other women through this! I am proud to know you and call you a friend!

You are so brave to post this, i wish that i had seen something like this 3 years ago before i went thru it. Am now doing my reconstruction. I didn’t even want a Chest anymore when i was diagnosed. I regret that decision now and wish i had done immediate reconstruction. I know what you feel about the tightness. It feels tight but not painful. I just did my first expansion. It was a piece of cake. I stressed all that morning and on the drive to the Plastic Surgeon, told him how stressed i was and he assured me that it wouldn’t be bad at all. Was he ever so true. There was a little prick with the needle and you can feel the expansion and some more tightness but not really pain. Has been less than a week and it only took me a couple of days to get used to the feeling. I now have cleavage after none for 3 years. It feels good. He even said that i would never need to wear a bra again if i don’t want to. Isn’t that a blessing.
good Luck in your healing and recovery.
I plan on doing the 3 day walk in Seattle in September. Good luck on your charity work. It feels awesome to contribute to these. I did the 3 day in 2008 What an awesome experience.
    God Bless
